and not he one above. but i only have a 22" right now and thought it would be to much but im thinking of getting a http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MO-055-SA&groupid=17&catid=510&subcat=
or some other 24" or 30" in the next few months.

is the 1000w psu to much or would the 850w be good ?
should i stick with 2gb of ram or go with 4gb ?

also anyone recommend a good headset with microphone thats good for gaming ?

A 40 amps + on the 12v rail psu will be enough just about. But if you want to be sure get something with 50 or 60 amps on the 12v rail.
Have heard good things about this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-001-PP&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat= it has 60 amps on the single 12v rail! single rail are supposed to be more solid than split rails.Matter of personal choice really but 1000 watts is definitely not needed for your rig.
A few more suggestions
