Hi, been going to the gym for around 3 months now. Put on about a stone, pure muscle
and have gained a lot of strength. Is 9 and a half stone a good weight for a 5 foot 11 male. Can you all check out my routine aswell please:
Saturday
Dumbbell Lunges 14
leg extension 55
leg curl 52.5
squats 42.5
calf raises 16
hyperextensions
hanging leg raise
ab machine 45
crunches
Monday
dumbell shoulder press 24
alternating front dumbbell raises 8
side lateral raise 6
shrugs 22
barbell rear delt row ??
dips
rope pressdown 22.5
barbell curls other way 20
dumbell prone incline curl 10
ab machine 42.5
crunches
Thursday
incline bench press 20
incline dumbbell flyes ??
chest press machine ??
flat db press 35
cable crossovers 30
deadlifts ??
dumbell rows 12
lat pull down machine - more fun one 45
ab machine 45
crunches
I do 3 sets of each thing, as im trying to increase my lifts. Is this workout good and is there anything I can improve on it?
