I have bought a Leadtex 7900gs card and was wondering would it be worth it if i buy a second one for sli?

Not really, your CPU will be a bottleneck and a 19inch screen won't really push 2 cards. You would be better off waiting for DX10 cards and getting one of them.

yea i do i lot of video editing so i chucked 4gb in, and pagefiling can be minimalised or switched off

Running 3dMark and comparing against systems with similar specs will give it a relatively painless once over.
