Advice on possible 3rd party seller

Just purchased these, but after noticed that they are not actually sold via the rainforst but by Roman44.

As you probably know there are loads of fakes around so would only buy from a trusted source.

Am I right in thinking they could be second hand or even fakes?

Not sure, naff headphones though.

They break really easily.
