any thoughts or advice on running andriod prime os in VMware on a pop_os ryzen custom tower an on prime os can I run netflix, hulu, Amazon prime video, an YouTube TV an can i use nvidia 1660 ti DSR Factors

Function to scale these apps to near 8k all this i need to know for my build my tower config is a 3600xt,asrock itx b550,16gb 3600mhz ram, 6gb 1660ti, adata 8200pro 512 n me ssd

I assume you mean just running an Android emulator on your PC? I would take a look at the Bluestacks Android Emulator.
