advice on selling...

hey, i recently bought a laptop after having my desktop for at least a year and due to the portability ive found i haven't used the desktop at all since.

i was wondering if you could give me any advice on a cost and the best place to sell it. ebay, here, local etc

its a custom -
coolermaster storm sniper case/ with extra windowed side panel
intel i7-920 DO stepping
6gb corsair dominator ram
msi eclipse plus motherboard
megahalems cooler (silver) /noctua fan
corsair 850w ps
bfg gtx285 gfx card
1tb HDD
pioneer bluray discdrive

Unfortunately due to forum rules... we're not actually allowed to mention other places to sell or buy pc components, even auction sites.

Again... there's a special section in the forums for price checks... and again we're not allowed to advise of prices outside the members market area, you need 250 posts to get access to it.

However... use some common sense, the places you mentioned seem fine to me. If you build up enough posts then you can sell your parts or system in the MM area.

We can't really help as much as we'd like, however yeah, look around at other sites, see what similar things to what you have are going for, do a kind of check of what they might have previously gone for, common prices they've gone for and see what you can get for them
