Ask the company who you bought it from? I'm sure they deal with this stuff all the time and will be able to recommend someone.

Whatever you end up doing make sure you ship 3 identical rugs with 3 different carriers so we can bet on first arrivals.

The retailer use a logistics company that don’t work with consumers and also retailer won’t help with return.
