Already have a 650w psu and all the hard drive space i need.

What i would like to know is the following.

1. For the £440 could i do better for the products im buying.
2. Will the grahics card still operate well with windows xp as i am not going to be upgrading to windows vista anytime soon.
3. Will the system work together. Will be mostly used for gaming.
