Advice on upgrade

Hi folks, have been thinking for a while of upgrading part of my PC. It's now over 3 years old and feel it's now time. Current spec:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 560Ti OC 1024MB GDDR5
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz
MSI 870A-G54 AMD 870 (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache
GeIL 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz
Titan Fenrir Evo CPU Cooler
Cooler Master GX 650W
Coolermaster HAF 922 Case

Got around 300-400 at the moment and have been thinking of MoBo and new cpu to start with, plus an SSD.

Any recommendations?
