So you agree with me?Steroids or not, you can't add more than 1lb of lean mass a week IMO
It's easy to do a cycle, eat a crapload and put on 3lb a week, most of this will be water and fat though. Lean muscle tissue doesn't come cheap.
Even Ronnie would only add a few 10s of lbs of quality mass a year at his peak, and he would have been on gear all year.


lol.. so should it be 40% off all of these things including the milk, water, cocoa powder or is it just 40% off the whey and oats? And would this be a good weight gainer which will be taken in the morning and then my post workout shake will be taken straight after my workout:
