Advice on Viewsonic VX724 17In 3Ms

Being looking around, and haven't found that great deal of info on this TFT. Would want it mainly for gaming, looks nice on a couple of reviews. I am tempted to buy it, anyone has got it?
Need imparcial opinions!!

some good details on it here at X-bit labs. Tbh, it might be worth looking at a 19" screen seeing as they are very well priced nowadays. The extra size really is nice for immersion in games

Am looking at this monitor too. Seems to come up good. Bigger isnt always better, I think it depends a lot on personal tastes. At a desk I find 17 is the ideal for me, I have to sit back from a 19 to take it all in which rather defeats the point!

Try it for yourself at the end of the day, but I know many peeps who have got a 19 as they are considered 'better' only to find out they didnt like it!
