Advice on what memory for x6 build

Just seeing if anyone could recommend some ram for 1090t Crosshair IV build. Looking at around 100£ spend, so far looking at one of the following

G.Skill Ripjaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C8 1600MHz / PC3-12800C7 1600MHz

Corsair XMS3 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz

Patriot Sector 5 G Series 4GB (2x2GB) PC3-12800 1600MHz

Open up to other makes/models, just seeing which be the best buy for the build with good overclocking head.

I think I'd go for I'll rip your jaw off. Although looks like I will have to do it later as it is out of stock.

Hi Brutus,

If you come across a 4GB(2x2GB) of PC3-12800 CL7 for as close to £100 then grab em!

I did a few AM3 builds about a month ago and tried a few £100 kits, both sold as Intel® Core™ i5 friendly so needed a little manual intervention in BIOS to get the timings and voltaged all working correctly on AM3 . . . CL7 is what you ideally want but CL8 will be a good second place . . .

Heres the two kits I used . . .

I used the G.Skill ECO Series 1600 MHz 7-8-7-24 1.35v 2 x 2GB kit for my 1090T and Crosshair IV.

Altho labelled as an i5/i7 kit, I popped them in, switched the tuner to D.O.C.P and to my suprise it picked up the XMP Profile.

No manual tweaking/inputing needed

on OCZ gold, that "warrenty void if removed" is worth as much as the memory.
After 3 RMAs, I finally got a set that worked......

It wasn't OCZ gold.

So the memory is able to run at 1.35V on the AM3 platform? I'm considering this memory for an AM3 build.
