Hi guys, i'll quickly do a run down to get to the point. I was flooded recently and my 360's power supply was completely under water, but the xbox itself was saved and didn't touch water (nor was it turned on when water came in so that isnt an issue).
I went and ordered an official MS power brick from a mod website (all legal with official stickers) and i've gone to plug it in, all's good until i try and plug a HD or even an SD cable into the back of the tv (i've tried 2 tv's infact). The power blows and i'm left with a fuse blown somewhere along the line.
Now i'm finding it a bit hard to believe that the 360 has died while travelling upstairs... so any suggestions? I'm out of warranty so my only idea is to goto Game and get their extended warranty and use that. The guy in the shop recommended it to me saying that even if i'm out of warranty it won't matter.
