I’m considering a new system, my current one is 4 years old and still runs modern games well enough (Bioshock Infinite for example) but I imagine by now I can get something that will knock its socks off for not too much money.
My target games are Witcher 3, Thief and anything with “Total War” in the title. Also I’ll need audio and video both output through the same HDMI (although I get the impression this is common these days) as I run my PC through my amp into my TV. Also needs to be pre-built with OS installed. I’m hoping I can get all this for around £600 but if need be I could probably get up to £800 if really necessary.
The other thing I’d been considering is since I’m in no rush to upgrade should I wait and see how the various Steam boxes measure up?
