Advice on which Mobo for DualCore overclocking

I'm looking to build a new main rig and want to go Intel DualCore.. Whats the best advice for what cpu and mobo to buy ?

Don't mind paying a bit extra for a good board. It's non gaming, and ideally looking to get a cheap dualcore and overclock it. Saw someone selling a 2.6 dualcore that did 3.8 !

Ideally looking for advice from someone who is overclocking a dualcore to 3.6 area...
