Hello and Merry Christmas to All:)

I have wired my pc up to my lcd tv and it looks great. I have a belkin wireles keyboard and its range is 1 foot. Yes you heard right 1 foot. Why make it wireless lol. Anyway I sit about 9 feet away from the tv and want a wireless keyboard and mouse which will reach me. I do not want to spend lots of money between £10-£20 pounds but would like some recommendations on a suitable keyboard and mouse. As long as the wireless range covers 9 feet the keyboard and mouse can be basic. I am running windows vista ultimate. Any suggestions please:D

^^ That is what I bought to go with my Lappy into my Forty, I am sitting back in my easy chair with the KB on my Lap & the Mouse on a Mat on a chair next to me, The Telly is around 10ft away & it all works Perfectly. There is Nowt as cool as Picture in Picture whilst browsing/MSN & having the Telly on up in the corner, Or a DVD or my 360, Although **** that my 360 gets full screen & HDMI
Less than 20 quid an all, Ridiculously cheap for the benefit you get.

Be warned WiFi cards play havok on wirless mice. depending on where you place the wifi antena and the how powerful your wifi is it could limit the range of the mouse (even the encryption used).

Found out myself by trial and error.

I do like logitech, and used to have a cordless desktop which worked great. I have never been disappointed with anything I have bought from them, good quality and excellent value for money. and your right for £20 you cant go gar wrong.

I had a wireless network card in my old pc sitting 2 feet from the logitech transmitter and never had any problems at all with interference, Can't comment on this specific desktop but hopefully you wont have any issues either.

Well I can confirm that I have now purchased a Trust KB-1350D wireless keyboard and mouse which has a range of 8 metres well sufficient for my needs. The sensor is a tiny usb dongle smaller than a usb pen. The mouse if fantastic I only have to move it an inch to reach the sides of my 42" lcd tv. I looked at a lot of wireless keyboards in the range of £10 -£20 and most of them do not advertise their range. Most of the ones that did, the mouse and keyboard had to be witihn 2 feet of the sensor. So for under £20 I am very pleased with my new Keyboard. Well it is Christmas :)
