Try to split the workout if you're going to work consecutive days. Can you do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday instead?

Do you want to train for size? Strength? A mixture? Just lift? Or do you just want dem abz

Unless you're getting beginner gains you will find it hard to increase strength and lose weight (fat). A 4-day block of strength training will be difficult too.
