advice on workout workout routine-pls help

Hi,


Exercise bike
skipping
leg rises
chest fly
bench press
dumbbell shoulder press
upright rowing

legs
front curls
back curls
swats

I'm doing this routine monday to thursday. Is this routine ok?
 
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with no rest?

You're not given your body time to "repair".

Try to split the workout if you're going to work consecutive days. Can you do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday instead?
 
You'll do better having a day in the middle theoretically, you'll know if your body can cope with it at the end of the day though.

Do you want to train for size? Strength? A mixture? Just lift? Or do you just want dem abz
 
Do you guys think I should add Deadlifts to my routine? Not very sure if I'm doing them right.

or am I doing enough?
