Is it safe for me to use these volts on cpu ?? :

The heat isnt anymore than 43 load

In the bios it says 31c

vcore is set to 1.650

All i want to do is get my cpu to do more than 2.4ghz but i cant manage to do it without the extra volts

When i have my volts set to 1.660 the voltage in cpuz while running prime 95 goes up to 1.728 any idea's ??
