Advice please.......Gaming

Guys, i like Euro Truck Sim 2 and i get quite a but of stuttering in game. Slow moving frames. I presume this is down to the hard ware on the laptop? I have put all setting in game down to low. Hardware:

2.5 Dual core pentium
4 gb DDR3 ram
Intel Graphics
SSD hard drive

Win 10

I am thinking of buying a Better laptop for gaming as per another thread. Is my laptop the limiting factor here? If so, what spec should i be aiming for?

Yep that's your laptop. A dual core is going to slow games a lot and those Integrated Graphics aren't great on the older laptops. I suggest looking into building a gaming desktop, cheaper and faster.
