I assume you mean PCI-e graphics card rather than PCI. If not then you're in for a world of disappointment.
In the PCI-e world though the X1800XT 256 is unbeatable at that price. The only contender would be the 7900gt and only if you're into overclocking and physical volt-modding. With 1.55v going through the 7900gt it can be overclocked to out perform any other single card at stock speeds, at least in resolutions up to 1280x1024. You'll need a better heatsink with it too though, so that'll take the cost to £220.
