Hello,
Say you order an item off the internet worth in excess of £400, but.....
...the courier deliver it elsewhere to some random Joe, who honestly calls the store you ordered it from to inform them he's received a package which isn't his, so the courier are then sent to pick it up and re-deliver it to the correct address this time (you!).
I want to know:
If there is any sign of the box having been opened/tampered with then are you within your rights to refuse to sign for it and ask for a new one be sent?
Thanks.
