Advice please!

I'm currently considering rebuilding my present PC (as I'm in the midst of upgrading) for my parents for use under their TV to watch divX/browse the internet etc (via a wireless connection).

Could you recommend a decent motherboard (possibly with onboard sound), SFF case, PSU and remote control system please?

AMD Athlon 2000+ XP (Old I know)!
2x 512mb DDR 3200 DIMMs
AGP Nividia or ATI graphics card
40 or 80 GB hard drive

I'm trying to do it as cheaply as possible!

A new socket a motherboard maybe a tad difficult to source now. The MSI K7N2 mATX board in clearance (near bottom of the page) looks suitable for what you need though

Has onboard VGA and sound. SFF cases... you have some choice. There is the Antec Aria, Aspire cube and the Silverstone Sugo. If budget allows I'd certainly recommend the Silverstone sugo. As for the PSU I'd recommend something along the lines of an Enermax Noisetaker 370W ATX 2.0 PSU. They are very quiet and could handle an upgrade or two in the future

yeah they are a bit out of date now. a 2000+ will be very hard to find these days to
