looking to build a new rig, already have:
Case: Cooler Master Stacker
power supply: Seasonic S12 600W Silent
gfx: 4850 sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDRR3
hdd's

I Was looking to get the following:

Asus Maximus Formula Intel X38
Noctua NH-U12P CPU Cooler
Intel Core 2 Duo E8500
OCZ 4GB (2x2GB) PC2-8000C5 1000MHz ReaperX HPC Enhanced Bandwidth

Hoping for overclocking, Games and video encoding

Any advice

Nopes all looks pretty good to me.
If your not planning on crossfire have a look at the asus p5q deleux.

Another one here, but I say to go for the P5Q Pro. There is no reason to spend the huge premium to get the Deluxe board.

Will that memory be okay for o/clocking?
