Putting together a new system:-
Quad Intel Q9550 yorkfield OEM
Asus P5Q Delux board
Corsair 4GB Dominnator DDR2 Kit
Now the grapic card thinking the following:-
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI
Do you think it will all work ok together?
Also need to water cool the grapic card is it poss?

Yes they will work together and yes you can watercool the Graphics card with the appropriate kit.
