Guys - can you only buy overclocked bundles from OCUK? or can you get unclocked bundles too?

Im looking at getting an I5 system but i dont want to pay the extra for something i can clock myself. Also, is I5 much slower than 7?

ok i only need ram, cpu and mobo to make my I5 system - hows this? under £350 please? ive already got case fans and power supply etc
