extreme memory profile (xmp) in my bios is disabled can i enable without worring is it like an auto overclock for the memory??

these are the sticks i have Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit

Yes
XMP is eXtreme Memory Profile, and is a set of aggressive timings which your memory should be able to run.
If it causes any problems turn it off again.

Yes its best to enable it to set your memory to the right specs.
If I leave it on auto it not only sets the mem timings slower but also the voltage to 1.65v instead of 1.50v.
