Advice please!

Hi all,

I have two gfx cards and i was wondering which is the best.( This is where the advice comes' in )

I have:

but not sure which to use in my pc my pc specs are:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 850 "95W Edition" 3.30GHz Processor
RAM: 8GB DDR3
Motherboard: nForce 630a (AM3) Motherboard

i do abit of gaming online (e.g L4d2,Battlefield bc 2,Testdrive 2)

All help is very appreciated.

as they're both 1gb why not just stick both in if the motherboard can handle sli?

Dont have sli going to have to stick one of the gfx cards in i have untill i can afford a new one.

Which is quieter and/or which overclocks more?

The gainward 450 gts is quieter. wouldnt even know how to overclock my gfx card im abit of a noob when it comes to stuff like that. is it easy to do?
