Advice please

Havn't built or touched a desktop in over 10 years. Recently have an urge to play CS: GO with a friend and the laptop and mouse isn't cutting it.

Could someone spec me something decent, dosn't have to be top spec. will only be used to play CS, Rainbow 6 when its released. apart from that it'll not be used i don't think. Had a look at the OC bundles but having been out of pc building for a while i dont know whats good and whats not

The monitor is 1920 × 1080 its a BenQ Rl2455HM and thanks ill hve a look at those parts! :D
 
I've decided to do some reading up and want to kind of go awol as you do, is this a decent spec or a really good spec the GPU will either be 980ti or the titan x :)
