Advice pls (leccy window detatched from rail)

My drivers side window's come away from it's rail (or the rail from the window, either way!). Currently held up by 2 pegs , but, it's time to fix it. I'm wondering though, before I dismantle the door, do I need some kind of adhesive/bond when I put the window back in the track?. Hmm

Cheers for the reply dude. I bumped into a windscreen repair guy in the motor shop and he recommended 'Araldite Fusion'; so we shall see .
