Advice pls on CPU Cooler

Would like your thoughts on best CPU Cooler to be fitted to:

Intel I7-950CPU
Gigabyte GA X58 UD3R REV2 Mobo
Case is Thermaltake Soprano

Must be very quiet and budget is £40-£50

Maybe it would be worth streching your budget just a little bit and going for a Noctua DH-14, a friend has this cooler and he loves it, Also has a lot of good reviews that you might want to check out.

it's called a bequiet so i cant imagine it'd be obscenely loud

Thermaltake Frio destroys it, even on low fan rpm - which is quiet. Infact, it has pretty much no competition anywhere near its price.

OcUK have it overpriced by about £9 as well...
