upgrade time but cant decide on a few things read many reviews but still cant make my mind up.I will be wanting to overclock.
Right here we go-

Cpu-E6600 or E6420 and ive also read good things about E4400?

Motherboard-Ds3 but open too suggestions.

Memory-Crucial ballistix 2GB 5300c3.

Plz advise.thx all

It depends on what your budget is but they are all sound choices, the DS3P is a great motherboard and on This Week Only at the moment as is the Noctua NH-U12F which I'd suggest for aiding overclocking. Just pick the CPU that best fits into your budget.

Go for the E6600 if you can, E4400 is good for budget motherboards but the 6 series generally gives better OC it seems. Since you are going for a decent mobo there is no need for an E4400.
