Advice regarding roofing quote

Just a quick one, have had a recommended roofer out to quote for the following:

- Lead flashing our side of chimney replacing with proper step and counter flashing (currently a bodge job)

- Fix down properly the few slates that have lifted due to rivets coming out.

- Lead joins between ourselves and the neighbour removed and replaced with a bonding gutter.

- A couple of slate vents fitted to the rear (none currently)

- Full scaffolding to front, tower scaffolding to rear.

He's come back to me with £1625 all in. I don't have a full break down but I know that ~360 off that is the scaffolding. Now I have been recommended him by a couple of people and in general he gives a good impression etc. I asked many questions when he was round and he definitely knew his stuff.

I live in Cornwall and the property in question is a mid terraced cottage with a roof that was awfully replaced about 3 years ago.

Now, in general, how does that quote sound all things considered? I can't help but think it's a bit steep regardless of his reputation.
