advice requested re upgrading components

Help needed
My PC is showing a bottleneck with relation to my ram,
My PC is as follows
Motherboard ASUS Z170E
Processor Intel Core i5-7600K CPU @ 3.80GHz (Kaby Lake
Graphics Card is RTX 2070 Super
Ram is DDR4 Teamgroup 16gb at 2100Mhz

Will buying new ram DDR4 3200MHZ going to make much difference
My apologies if this seems a simple question but not being that au fait with PC's would I be wasting my money by purchasing new ram

on bios page I can change my ram profile to xmp is this what you mean and it shows up to 2400MHz no higher

If your motherboard supports it, then it could help improve your FPS lows and average frame rates, but you'd have to replace what you have. If that's the best use of your money, that's another question, but I guess you could use it in your next CPU/mobo upgrade if it doesn't work well enough for what you need.

My motherboard only supports ddr 4 ram up to 3200MHZ according to its mannual

That CPU will stay less than half the CPU in next-gen consoles no matter the memory.
Though faster memory could be reused if you update PC to one with modern core/thread count.
4 cores/4 threads is just so 2010.
