Thanks for looking, I have a 1070Ti hooked up to an LG 24GM79G 144Hz 1080p Freesync TN panel.

Up until recently, I had been using a GTX 970 and Adaptive Sync to hit a constant 72fps in the games I play and all was good, even with some lowered settings to hit 72 constantly.

So, I recently got a 1070Ti which is a bit beefier. Loaded up the games I play and got them running at between 120 to 160fps with no V-Sync enabled. The difference was amazing, game-play (particularly panning round in first person type games) was so smooth I could not believe the difference.

So, with no V-sync, or Adaptive Sync etc enabled I upped visual settings to where I was getting about 100fps solid. Still very smooth, but the occasional bit of tearing with some jerkyness when panning.

So, my question is: what's the best combo of Nvidia Sync settings to make use of the higher frame rate but not have sacrifice quality too much? I know this will be game dependent, but I enjoyed the high frame rate experience so much I'd like to make the most of it if I can.

G-Sync or going AMD GPU is not an option at the moment.

Any advice appreciated. Cheers.
