Any good?

Its going to be used with some HDD's I already have and a 8800GT i have on order elsewhere.

Aiming to overclock it to 3.2Ghz 400x8

I have just got that CPU and a P35 motherboard with the aim of doing just that. All I would change would be that PSU - OCZ PSUs have a rep for not being the quietest. I would go for a Corsair 520W, or perhaps a Seasonic one.

thanks for the suggestions guys. I read somehwere that Corsair PSU's and abit boards aren't always a good combo. Will have a look at the seasonics though
