Advice with CV

I have decided that I really should start apply for jobs now. I have never written a CV before so could you have a read of the one I created below and give me advice on how it can be improved. Thanks in advance

PROFILE:

I am an IT graduate from Halesowen College who is keen to find a job within the IT industry has a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software. I am also keen to learn new skills. During work experience in year 11 high school, I spend a week with a Dell field service engineer. This helped me develop a broader understanding of IT fault finding and customer service. At college I studied a course called the BETC First Diploma in ICT.


EDUCATION:

Winter 2006 Expecting to complete the Cerco CCSN Fast Track Course

2003 – 2004 BTEC First Diploma in ICT at MERIT Grade at Halesowen College

Subjects Covered: Computer Hardware, Computer Systems, Database Management,
Website Development, Network Solutions, User Support and Business Applications.


EXPERIENCE:

Summer 2003 Laurence Hill Computer Engineer
Technical Assistant

This was a work experience placement for part of my Career Development Program. It
involved visiting customers around the West Midlands to repair their computers and
printers. If the system could not be fixed on site then the computer or printer would be
brought back to the base and fixed there. My duties including ordering parts, upgrading
computer systems and building systems to order.

why did you say that you did a BTEC national but not list it in your education? Also, its not exactly worth 3 A levels, might be better putting "the equivalent of"

EDITED: I had to drop out the course for personal reasons.

Also I really would like to do an apprenticeship, how would I go about this?

needs breaking into two sentences imo
...computer hardware and software. I am also keen to learn new skills. During mywork experience in year 11 high school, I spent a week with a Dell field service engineer. Too many 'keen's. One is too many tbh

try and say what you brought to the role, not just a job description.

you have a profile, but nothing about 'you'

GCSE English?
GCSE Maths?
