Gonna be buying this next week and after reading a review on the page it says something about needing a PCI slot as well

Can anyone confirm this? dunno if i have a PCi on my board :/

Also is there any better AGP cards for that kinda price?

It means it needs two slots in width. It only use one AGP slot and blocks the one next to it.

Yep, will be fine (just hopefully not an el-cheapo random generic make).

A Corsair HX520W will be fine, with that you can apparently run quad core, SLi 8800GTX, so the corsair HX520W will be a good choice.
