Advice with GPU upgrade

Hi guys I currently have a 6900XT which I am actually quite happy with anyway. I was thinking of potentially getting an upgrade maybe a 7900XTX or a 4080 Super.

Out of these two which would be the better choice? I believe they are both around the same price, of course the 4090 is like so much more expensive I am not sure I want to consider it.

Honestly, neither. If you're happy with your 6900 XT I'd just wait it out.

You know what you are probably right, I will be a bit more patient and just wait for the next generation and make my decision then thanks.

I went from a 6900XT to a 7900XTX and for me made a noticeable difference, sold my 6900XT and put it towards the 7900XTX so only cost me £450.

How much did the 7900XTX cost and how much did you sell the 6900XT for? What would be the best way to try and sell mine if I wanted to go down this route? eBay perhaps?

i'd wait if you could and grab a better deal in a few months / next year.

New gpu's are supposed to be coming fairly soon. As you already have a good GPU I would wait till early next year before upgrading

7900XTX was 850 or 890 on a sale, sold 6900XT for 400. I used the members market which is available here when you meet certain requirements. I only upgraded because why not for 450.
