That is the build i made for my girlfriend as she enjoys recording gameplay of modded games and she may go into streaming soon. Her budget is actually only 600 or just over, if you can give me a build which will give her over 60fps avg then it'd be be much appreciated.
 
The 7500 may not work out of the box on the z170 motherboard unless it's shipped with the latest bios that supports kabylake.

As your getting a non k chip you could save more by getting a b250 or h270 motherboard

is there any room on the £600 budget? as I don't think the cpu doesn't come with a cooler either

ill do more research into the CPU as i didnt know about that issue of the new series. Good idea about the motherboard i will look into a different lower-end one, also the CPU is retail from Intel so im sure they all come with stock heatsink, only OEM is without if im not mistaken.
 
 
Much better psu and cheaper too. The Seasonic is only bronze rated, only has 360w on the 12v rail and a 3 year warranty while the Superflower is platinum rated, has a 444w 12v rail and a 5 year warranty.
