Hi,

Just looking for some advice.
I purchased a VA panel 31" Benq monitor.
The first had dead pixels and bad light bleed.
The retailer was out of stock so the manufacurer replaced it.
The second had terrible light bleed.
I complained and the manufacturer wants me to RMA for inspection and repair which may take a couple of weeks.
I know no monitor is going to be perfect, however the glare particularly in one corner is bad.
I dont know what my rights are, it is under 30 days. I just want what I paid for to not have these issues. Or just give up and live with it.
