Advise me on a PSU please.

Hi I am building the following setup soon, could someone advise me on what PSU would be suitable:

Intel E6600 PSU
Nvidia 8800 320Mb
2Gb RAM
1 x HDD
1 x DVD RW
Audigy card
Antec Solo case

Looking for as near to silent as I can get and also as efficient as possible

Obvious answer is the Corsair 520w or if you want to spend a bit more the Corsair 620w, both have just come back into stock and are highly recommended.
