......I can't make my mind up. That CPU may be overkill for what I need. On my PC I arrange and edit a lot of photos, develop my (simple) web site, edit videos, surf and play some flight sim and age of empires. I might like to play Command and Conquer perhaps. I am running Vista Utimate.

Would a E6300 be enough for my needs with 2Gig of RAM and perhaps a 320Meg 8800? I would like to get the Dell 2407 soon as well because I like big monitors.

I was going to get a Q6600 with a P35 and 4 gig with a 8800GTS 640M. However, I am not sure I need all that power. Sure I have the money but it doesn't grow on trees and I could use the savings from the lesser spec elsewhere.

Should I perhaps get a MB that could be upgraded to the Q6600 later ? Perhaps get a 1333 vapable M/B? Still canlt resist the urge toget the higher spec though !!! Advise me please !!!!

Thanks for any suggestions,

Steve
