Advise needed please - been conned

I baught a D500 off ebay and i received it yesturday.. there are no serial nubmers on the phone or on the box, the bluetooth isnt working properly and also the seller said it was 2 weeks old, but there was dust and stratches everywere.. after looking through his feekback i found he'd baught lots of D500 parts such as the charger,battery and a new cover. I think this is a stolen/dodgy phone,

can anyone give me advise what to do? Ive contacted the seller and ebay i also payed by paypal..

I'm not sure of the exact procedure but if you check the help section on ebay it tells you the procedure for returning/logging disputes. Hope this is of some help but I'm sure someone here can give you a far more detailed answer than I can.

did you use a credit card to make the paypal payment?

new cover doesnt mean its stolen, he probably bought it faulty, or had one that was faulty and switched partson it. Its quite hard to switch imei/serial sitckers from one case to another.

E-mail him asking for a refund, if he doesnt reply e-mail ebay and launch a complaint with paypal to get your cash back
