I've always bought Dell Ultrasharps for the quality of their monitors but also for their returns and aftercare policy - and their customer service has always been great.
An example, a few years ago when one of my old 22" monitors started to have issues I rang Dell (within the 3 year warranty) - 2 days later I had a replacement and they took the old one away.
