Hello guys,

Im building a new pc so could you share your wisdom with me about optimal hardware for my budget :D

To begin with, my budget would be around £1000. I dont really have preferences for amd or intel as long as it offers good bang for the buck :) I need everything except psu, OS and mouse :) pc will mostly be used for gaming and photoshop. Oh and would prefer mobo to be crossfire/sli ready :) So thanks for reading and please give me some advise.

Xfx black 750wat I think :)

Good PSU, will go very well with snips spec above. :)

Nice black theme.

You could maybe swap the case to the Corsair 300R if the NZXT isn't to your taste.

Nvidia is normally better for Photoshop and the 770 is a very very good card.

If you want to pull it below £1k though the 760 is a good option. The 760 is about level with the 7950, in gaming performance.

I need monitor as well... So it goes quite a bit over my limit...

I'm sure we could work with that!!

I know the monitor has no reviews, but you really need an IPS panel for Photoshop. If you can stretch a little more, you could get the 24" Dell IPS
Dropped the 256GB SSD for a 128
Corsair 300R instead of NZXT
760 instead of 770. You could alternatively get a 7950 in the AMD bundle which should give £150 of games.
