advise on watercooling

but maybe it is to expensive i have antec 900 case and i need to water cool cpu and gpu ty for advise

so you say swiftech kit cool and do you need some tipe of liquid to put in it or just simple water how you make the water glow and stuff sorry im a bit of noob at water cooling
