Hi ,

I would like to upgrade my graphics card at the moment I have the EVGA GTX 480.

I have been looking at the

GIGABYTE GV-N670OC-2GD GIGABYTE NVIDIA GTX670 OC 980MHz 6008MHz 2048MB 256-bit DDR5 DL DVI HDMI DP FAN PCI-E GRAPHICS CARD

Can I ask is this a good card compared to the other GTX 670's ?

I have also upgraded my HHD to a Samsung 830 series 256GB to try and get the most out gaming.. BF3

My system is

Intel core i7 930 2.8G s1366 ..................... Overclocked to 4.00Hz

ASUS Rampage 11 extreme X58

6GB 3x2 CMP6GX3M3A1600C8 DHX

1536MB EVGA GTX480 PCI-E...................... Overclocked 800 core 2000 memory

750 CM Extreme GX 80+ PSU

T/R Ultra - 120 extreme 1366

150G WD WD1500HLFS Veloctrap ...... Now a Samsung 830 series 256GB

2x500GB Hard Drives

Thank you for any advice
Gary.

Its probably one of the best 670's available at the moment. Out of the box 680 performance, good quiet cooling.

Edit: I'd also be tempted to wait a few weeks before buying, since release these cards have been on offer at £340 twice, so logic tells me they will be on offer again soon saving £30 or so in the process.

It's a cracking card, running one on a pretty similair specced system. Eats through bf3 with ease, (bit better than my old gtx 470's in sli). As mentioned though, wait and see if it can be got a bit cheaper. I paid £380.00 incl delivery for mine, two days after i received it they dropped to £340.00.
