Good afternoon all,
I have been lurking around for a while and decided to sign up hoping to improve my knowledge about computers and share my passion for gaming.
Didn't really want to start with a question but, here it goes. I am going to be renovating the ground floor and third bedroom of my house starting in August and we/she has decided that in order to have or bigger kitchen that the man cave is temporarily destroyed until I can be bothered to build a shed/outbuilding. Which leads me to my question...I want a new computer but I have nowhere to put a setup, I was thinking of linking the computer to my 55" 4k tv, now; I know this isn't ideal but what sort of results would I get if I had a £1000ish gaming rig running through the tv? I can't find much info on the web about it. Can anyone help me spec a system that will be capable of handling my needs (listed below).
Run on a 4k tv without looking *****
Run fallout 4 and games a like in ultra
Be able to run poker clients with memory heavy tracking programs
Be nice to look at.
Many thanks
