Advise RAM please [SOLVED]

First off thanks for taking the time to read my post.
Second here is my build:
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD FX-9370 Black Edition
CPU cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H100i with Corsair 120mm fans x2 pulling from 240mm radiator
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro Series (16GB @1866MHz or 32GB @1333MHz)
GFX Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 1GB
HDD: 1TB 2.5" 7200rpm 8MB cache
Optical: Non
Case: Corsair Carbide Series Spec-01
PSU: Corsair CX Series CX750M
Front Fans: Corsair SP140 140mm Low Noise High Pressure x2 intake pushing over 240mm radiator
Top Fans: Corsair AF120 120mm Quiet Edition High Airflow x2 exhaust
Rear Fans: Corsair 120mm stock case fan x1 exhaust
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Third my question regarding my RAM.
This is a gaming PC and I am upgrading from 8GB @1600Mhz.
I have 32GB of Corsair Vengeance Pro Series that I can run @1333MHz (due to limitations) or I can take 16GB out and run 16GB @1866MHz.
Could anybody tell me what would be better? Higher speed or more RAM?
I will be playing All of the CoD games, World of Warcraft, DCS-World and more.
Thanks in advance,
