Not sure, could be good but then who knows - SF films either tend to be really good or really bad. Think I will give it a go though, this is being plugged really heavily on Anarchy Online at the moment.

It's quite a good film. Tries to be a bit to arty and clever for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. A bit like The matrix in places, but much more entertaining.

I remember watching the cartoon many moons ago on MTV. The cartoon is quite "odd", so im not sure how mainstream the film can be and still hold reasonably true to the cartoon. It certainly looks quite nice from the trailers i've seen.

I remember watching it too but on some channel four Yoof telly with Antoine de Caunes, must have been 1991ish, what was the name of that show, it's gonna bug me all night now, HELP

I read about the cartoon but never saw it. Apparently in the cartoon Aeon (the central character?) never talks is that right?

Those Japanese dudes are so much more avant garde with their animation than the west.

Terrible movie and what it made me realise is theres a limited number of comic book flicks that have been successful with a woman as the lead. Have you noticed?

Aeon Flux aint done so well, Catwoman, Elektra even though I love Jen Garner was not the hit it should have been.
